Prayer for Healing from
Trauma
Heavenly Father,
I come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. I thank You for Your love, mercy, and compassion toward me. I recognize that You are the Healer of the brokenhearted, and I ask for Your help in healing the deep wounds and trauma that I have experienced in my life.

Lord, I acknowledge that I have been affected by painful experiences, whether through physical, emotional, mental, financial, religious, or spiritual trauma. These wounds have been a source of pain, fear, anger, confusion, and brokenness. But I believe that You, Jesus, are able to heal and restore all things. You have come to set the captives free, and I invite Your healing into my heart today.

Father, I confess and renounce the following:
-
The Pain and Suffering of Trauma:
-
I renounce all fear, anxiety, depression, bitterness, resentment, despair, shock, and anger that have resulted from my past trauma.
-
I renounce the lies that trauma has caused me to believe about myself, others, and You. I reject every false belief that has tried to take root in my heart and mind, such as:
-
“I am unworthy of love.”
-
“I am broken beyond repair.”
-
“I am defined by my pain.”
-
“I cannot be healed.”
-
"This will happen again"
-
"Replaying the trauma will protect me."
-
-
-
Spiritual Bondages Created by Trauma:
-
I renounce any spiritual ties that have been formed through my trauma, such as:
-
Bondage to fear, shame, guilt, isolation, or condemnation.
-
Any emotional strongholds that have taken root in my life (such as rejection, abandonment, or hopelessness).
-
Any spirits of torment, confusion, or oppression that have entered through traumatic experiences.
-
-
-
Generational Trauma and Curses:
-
I renounce any generational trauma or curses that may have been passed down through my family line.
-
I break any agreements or ties that have connected me to patterns of abuse, neglect, or dysfunction that have affected me and my ancestors.
-
I declare that these generational patterns are broken by the power of Jesus Christ.
-
-
Unforgiveness and Bitterness:
-
I choose to forgive those who have caused me harm, whether knowingly or unknowingly. I release them from any debt or offense I have held against them.
-
I renounce all bitterness, resentment, or desire for revenge. I place them in Your hands, Lord, and ask for You to bring justice in Your perfect timing because You are the Judge.
-
-
Emotional, Mental, and Physical Reactions to Trauma:
-
I renounce the negative emotional, mental, and physical reactions I have had because of my trauma, such as:
-
Panic attacks, insomnia, or other anxiety-related symptoms.
-
Self-destructive thoughts, habits, or addictions.
-
Feelings of worthlessness or hopelessness.
-
-
I reject all symptoms of PTSD, depression, and any mental health struggles tied to trauma.
-
Lord Jesus, I ask for Your healing touch right now.
-
Heal my heart, mind, body, spirit and soul from the effects of trauma.
-
Remove any root of bitterness, anger, shame, guilt, or fear that has settled in my life.
-
Heal me from the emotional scars that I carry and help me to see myself as You see me, beloved, chosen, and whole in Christ.
-
Replace the lies I’ve believed with Your truth. I choose to believe what You say about me: I am Your child, I am Your Bride, I am loved, I am forgiven, and I am healed.
I ask for Your peace to surround me now.
-
I receive the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
-
I ask that Your presence would fill every place of pain and emptiness in my heart.
Lord, I now break every chain that holds me captive to the past.
-
In the name of Jesus, I break every curse, every false judgment, every stronghold, and every chain that has kept me in bondage.
-
I declare that my past trauma does not define me, but Your love and healing define who I am.
-
I choose freedom from the power of trauma over my life. I am no longer a slave to my past, but I am a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17).
Holy Spirit, I ask for Your guidance.
-
Help me walk in the freedom and healing You’ve given me.
-
Lead me in renewing my mind and transforming my thinking, so I can live in peace and joy once again.
-
Heal my relationships with others and with You, Lord.
-
I ask that You help me to walk in the fullness of the identity You have given me as a child of God.
Father, I thank You for Your healing power.
-
I thank You for setting me free from the past and for making me whole.
-
I praise You for the restoration that is happening in my life, and I believe that You are bringing beauty from the ashes of my pain and filling my soul, spirit, mind, body, and heart with Your oil of joy.
-
I trust that You will continue the work of healing that You have begun in me.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen.
Prayer for Healing from Infidelity
Heavenly Father,
I come before You with deep pain in my heart. I have been wounded by someone I trusted, someone I loved. Their unfaithfulness has left scars that only You can heal. But I know You are close to the brokenhearted, and I choose to run to You now, not away from You.
“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.”
— Psalm 34:18
I confess to You the hurt, anger, confusion, and sorrow that fill me. I do not want to carry the weight of this pain anymore. I lay it down before You. I ask You to take this brokenness and make something beautiful from it. Help me to heal, one step at a time, by Your grace.
I choose to forgive the one who betrayed me. I don’t excuse their actions, but I release them into Your hands. I will not carry bitterness, hatred, or vengeance. These are too heavy for my soul, and they do not bring healing. I forgive, because You have forgiven me.
“Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.”
— Ephesians 4:32
In the name of Jesus, I break every ungodly soul tie between me and the person who betrayed me. I sever every emotional, spiritual, sexual, and psychological tie that was formed through our relationship, especially those that were cemented in sin, manipulation, and unfaithfulness. I declare that those ties have no power over me any longer. I am not bound to them. I am free in Christ.
“What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.”
— Mark 10:9
“For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.”
— Galatians 5:1
I call back every part of my soul that was given away, stolen, or lost through this relationship. I ask You, Lord, to gather those pieces, cleanse them, and restore them to wholeness in You. I give You back everything that does not belong to me from this person. I no longer carry their shame, their guilt, or their burden.
I renounce every lie the enemy has spoken into my heart because of this betrayal—lies that say I am not enough, that I am unworthy, unwanted, or unlovable. I reject these lies now, in Jesus’ name. I am loved, chosen, and accepted by You, my true Bridegroom.
“You are altogether beautiful, my love; there is no flaw in you.”
— Song of Solomon 4:7
“I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore I have continued my faithfulness to you.”
— Jeremiah 31:3
I ask You, Lord, to heal my mind, my body, my heart, and my spirit. Wash me with the water of Your Word. Fill the empty and broken places with Your presence and Your peace. Let Your Holy Spirit be the binding agent that seals my healing.
I bind myself to the Holy Spirit. I bind my heart to the truth of Your Word, my mind to the mind of Christ, and my soul to Your purposes. Where soul ties once tethered me to brokenness, I now bind myself to Your love, Your freedom, and Your future for me.
“But he who is joined to the Lord becomes one spirit with Him.”
— 1 Corinthians 6:17
I also bring before You any generational patterns of infidelity, betrayal, or broken relationships. If these things have been present in my family line, I repent on behalf of my ancestors. I ask You to break every generational curse through the power of the cross. Let it end with me.
“Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us.”
— Galatians 3:13
I call forth blessings over my life: blessings of healing, trust, restoration, emotional stability, and renewed hope. I believe You will write a better story than the one that was broken. I trust You with what’s next.
“You have turned my mourning into dancing; You have loosed my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness.”
— Psalm 30:11
Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me. Heal every place in me that has been touched by betrayal. And lead me forward—not in fear, but in the confidence of Your faithful love.

In Jesus’ name I pray,
Amen.

Prayer for Healing from Infertility
Heavenly Father,
You are the Author and Giver of life. You spoke all things into being, and nothing is impossible for You. Today, I come before You with my heart open, my soul vulnerable, and my body in need of Your healing touch. I ask You to hear this cry and meet me in Your mercy and power.

Lord, You know my desire to conceive and bear life. You placed this longing within me. I declare today that my body was made to carry life. I speak fruitfulness over my womb in the name of Jesus. I speak alignment, healing, and restoration over every organ, hormone, cell, and system within me. Let everything be made new and function in divine order.
“For You formed my inward parts; You knitted me together in my mother’s womb.”
— Psalm 139:13

I renounce and break all generational sins, curses, and agreements made in my bloodline that may have caused or contributed to infertility, barrenness, miscarriage, or loss. Whether through idolatry, occult involvement, abuse, sexual immorality, rejection of children, bloodshed, or trauma, I bring it all to the cross of Jesus Christ. I repent on behalf of my ancestors and ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing.

“Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us.”
— Galatians 3:13

In the name of Jesus, I renounce every spirit of barrenness, fear, disappointment, delay, and shame. I cancel every legal right these spirits have claimed over my life, my family line or my womb. I command every generational spirit of infertility or reproductive dysfunction to leave now. I close every door to darkness and open my life fully to the Holy Spirit.

“No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn.”
— Isaiah 54:17

I speak life over my womb, in the authority of Jesus Christ. I declare that I am fruitful. I will conceive and carry to full term a healthy child, according to God’s perfect timing and plan. Just as You opened Sarah’s womb, Hannah’s womb, and Elizabeth’s womb, I ask You now, open mine. Let there be a miraculous conception, testifying to Your goodness and glory.

“He gives the childless woman a family, making her a happy mother. Praise the Lord!”
— Psalm 113:9

Lord, I believe that You are not only able, but willing. I declare that Your will is good and full of compassion. Whether this miracle comes through natural conception, medical support, or adoption, I trust You to fulfill Your promises over my life. My hope is not in doctors or timelines but in You alone.

“Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.”
— Psalm 37:4

Holy Spirit, fill me now. Bind my body, soul, and spirit to Your life-giving presence. Speak peace over every fear and healing over every wound. Let joy arise again in my heart. Guard my mind from doubt and despair. Fill my home with expectation, faith, and the assurance of things hoped for.

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
— Hebrews 11:1

Father, I release every outcome into Your hands. I choose to rest in Your love. I ask You to write a beautiful story from this season, one that will reflect Your faithfulness and give You all the glory. I will testify that You heard my cry and did what only You could do.
In the name of Jesus, I declare:
I am fruitful.
I am whole.
I am not cursed, I am blessed.
I am not forgotten, I am chosen.
My body will conceive.
My womb will carry life.
My children will rise and call You faithful.

In Jesus’ name I pray,
Amen.
Prayer for Healing from Anxiety and Depression
Heavenly Father,
I come before You as Your child, loved, seen, and not forgotten. You are the God of peace, the Healer of hearts, and the One who lifts the lowly. Today, I bring You my pain, my heaviness, my fears, and my confusion. You alone can heal the depths of my soul.

I confess that I have carried anxiety, depression, and heaviness in my heart. I have allowed fear, worry, hopelessness, and despair to take root in my thoughts and emotions. I repent for agreeing with these things instead of trusting in Your Word and Your love.
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.”
— Philippians 4:6
I repent of specific sins that may have opened the door to this oppression:
• Dwelling on fear and expecting the worst
• Speaking death over myself or my future
• Isolating myself from community and truth
• Seeking comfort in unhealthy or addictive behaviors
• Harboring bitterness, self-pity, or victimhood
• Entertaining suicidal thoughts or rejecting the life You’ve given me
• Neglecting prayer, worship, and Your Word in seasons of despair

Please forgive me, Lord. Wash me clean by the blood of Jesus. I also choose to forgive those who may have spoken words of fear, control, hopelessness, or rejection over me: parents, authority figures, friends, or even myself. I release them now into Your hands and wash myself clean of these words by the Blood of Jesus.

“For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.”
— Matthew 6:14

I now bring before You my family line. I repent on behalf of my ancestors for any patterns of anxiety, depression, suicide, mental torment, or emotional instability. I ask You to cleanse my bloodline. I break every generational curse of mental illness, fear, and emotional oppression in the name of Jesus. I declare that it ends with me.

“Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us.”
— Galatians 3:13

In Jesus’ name, I renounce every spirit of anxiety, depression, fear, panic, despair, hopelessness, heaviness, isolation, confusion, and torment. I cancel their right to influence my life. I break every soul tie and stronghold that has given these spirits access, and I command them to leave me now. I shut every door to darkness and open every place in my heart to the light of the Holy Spirit.

“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me… to give them a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.”
— Isaiah 61:1,3

I break agreement with the lies that say:
• “I’ll always feel this way”
• “There’s something wrong with me”
• “I am alone”
• “I am too broken to be healed”
• “God is disappointed in me”
• “Things will never get better”

And I receive Your truth, Lord:
• I am fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14)
• You will never leave me nor forsake me (Hebrews 13:5)
• I have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16)
• You have given me power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7)
• The joy of the Lord is my strength (Nehemiah 8:10)
• You are restoring my soul (Psalm 23:3)

I receive Your healing now, God. I receive peace that surpasses all understanding. I receive the oil of joy for mourning and the garment of praise instead of the spirit of despair. Fill me with joy. Renew my mind. Refresh my emotions. Restore my identity. Rebuild my hope.

“Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.”
— Romans 15:13

Holy Spirit, I invite You to dwell richly in me. Fill every space that fear once occupied. Speak truth where lies once lived. Lead me daily in freedom, joy, and victory. Let my mind be renewed by Your Word. Let my mouth always speak life, even in the toughest times. Let my heart be anchored in Your love.

I call forth blessings over my life: peace, clarity, resilience, emotional stability, joy, rest, healthy relationships, and a sound mind. I will no longer be defined by anxiety or depression. I belong to Jesus, and He has set me free.

“Whom the Son sets free is free indeed.”
— John 8:36

Thank You, Lord, for hearing my cry. I trust that You are doing a deep work in me. I surrender every burden to You. I walk forward in faith and freedom, and I declare that healing is mine, spirit, soul, and body, mind and heart.

In the name of Jesus Christ,
Amen.

I turn away from all false teachings and practices, and I ask for Your full forgiveness and cleansing by the precious blood of Jesus.

I reject every esoteric teaching that elevates human wisdom above the authority of Scripture, and I reject the belief that humanity is divine or equal to God.

I declare that Jesus Christ is the only way, the only truth, and the only life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6).

I declare Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, and I choose to follow Him alone. I place my trust in Your Word and reject all mystical, deceptive, or occult knowledge. Your truth is my foundation. Your Spirit is my guide. Your cross is my victory.

I declare wholeness in every part of my life. I am complete in Christ, lacking nothing (Colossians 2:10). I receive Your joy as my strength (Nehemiah 8:10) and Your hope as my anchor (Hebrews 6:19). I declare that the peace of God guards my heart and mind through Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Holy Spirit, come dwell richly in me. Lead me in all truth. Fill me with power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Help me to walk daily in victory, freedom, and joy.
I give You all the praise and glory, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. To You be all honor and worship forever.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
